Been banking with Alabama One for over a year with my business and personal accounts. It’s amazing to have a banker that you can call and actually talk to a real person on the phone who gets things accomplished. Jordan is amazing and would recommend them to anyone. Also, their loan process processes are very simple and straightforward!
My experience with Alabama One is great. Employees are always friendly and very helpful. I would love if the company would bring back the debit card machine which would be awesome.

The teller here was very professional in helping me open a checking account. She was patient with me in getting everything filled out as needed and ID and proof of address, as I don't hear too well. Thank you very much.
