Very nice family oriented place to go and do your banking. For them to remember me by name and asking how my home projects are going means a lot. I hear them greet other customers by name and that is what hits home to me; other banks I've gone to don't greet and do not follow up (it's more like they want to sell you a product). I don't mind the drive as I love this Bank
I had a very difficult experience with this branch where they failed to follow their own policies and procedures. Fortunately, it is not my usual branch. I usually bank with the Costa Mesa location where folks are wonderful and I highly recommend them instead.
