Never apply for a Mortgage here, Isaac Berumen sabotaged a Home purchase by failing to complete docs, being dishonest, breaching timelines, and then advising his clients who were family members to not sign a Purchase cancellation to lock up the deposit and prevent the seller from selling their home after wasting the sellers time in 60 days of escrow.
1st First Banks have a homey feel. Really. Your don't feel like you're in a bank. 2nd: Their buildings aren't one of those large ones where you can hear your echo. 3rd: The tellers/staff are always pleasant and have a great sense of humor.
