One of the worst banks I've ever dealt with. I was recommended by someone to check out this bank as they had good experience. Unfortunately, its been nothing but a nightmare for me. The banker at the rancho branch set up my personal online banking without me and my permission and I had to jump through hoops to recover it as she used her own number for security. Always so good to us. Appreciate them beyond measure. Great staff, great business protocols, great service and wonderful help.
Apparently deadline for mortgage payments is 11 am, I went in there at 1:20 PM, they wouldn't accept my payment, also have a auto with them, and tried to asked them to refi my auto loan, their response was "its not worth it for us, we are not going to make money" worst Bank ever, have bad experience with them constantly!!
