Horrible bank
First Bank seems to no longer do customer banking. I have been in their bank 3 times recently for very simple things and had to wait a long time, even with no one there, and/or was unable to do the transaction I wanted. They have gotten rid of tellers and only have someone sitting at a desk. What is that? First time in a month ago I needed to replace a debit card. After waiting for 15 minutes at one of the desks they said there machine to create card was not working, and I would need to wait 7 days to get it in the mail. I w... read more
