I just posted a picture of the out of order sign on the ATM. This has been out of order for weeks. This shows how much they care about their costumer's weekend banking needs.
FirstBank consistently getting worse. The new remodel and the virtual tellers certainly are a step down in customer experience. I can't wait for the next "improvement."
Horrible bank
Don’t expect to be able to reach your local bank whenever you call them. I have called multiple times throughout multiple days and have still not heard a thing. Was instructed by the customer support that I HAD to reach out to my local branch. With my work schedule I can’t physically go in person during the normal business hours so my only option is calling the branch which they don’t answer.
