Don’t expect to be able to reach your local bank whenever you call them. I have called multiple times throughout multiple days and have still not heard a thing. Was instructed by the customer support that I HAD to reach out to my local branch. With my work schedule I can’t physically go in person during the normal business hours so my only option is calling the branch which they don’t answer. They've redone the inside so there's no tellers, just "live tellers" at one of the machines. Then there's also someone there to help you use the machine. When done she asked me how it was and I said I didn't like how all the information was displayed on the screen so someone behind me could see that. She said there's always someone there helping and to make sure people are keeping their distance. 🤔 Seems like it'd be eaiser and safer to keep the tellers. Thinking of switching banks.
