Let me start by saying that the banking associate was amazing. The manager was not. In trying to open an account with a cashier's check, which is absolutely guaranteed, I encountered the wildest problems. The manager apparently called my old bank and gave the wrong number off the check, which led to obvious problems. When I called my old bank at the branch I closed my savings account to verify that this was my money from my account, the manager had left the room. This bank is horrendously behind when it comes to technology and is unimaginably corrupt and crooked. They refuse to do anything electronically, lock users out of their website and provide no help (after you've waited endlessly on hold), and steal huge amounts of money for accounts that aren't used as regularly as they would like them to be. I could not possibly recommend a financial institution less; be careful where you keep your money.
