So not happy with way new bank cards are being handled. My time is JUST as important as the employees of First Bank. All I want & need is my debit card renewed. Not a run around. First I was told to do it onLine. I did. Then told need to come in because info on old card has to be transferred to new! All of this on a Friday when I'm out of town with no way to get to bank before lobby closed. And IF my card had been "compromised" I will let YOU know, thru a quick phone call.
