All the tellers are great but I hate how they force you to use the machines rather than interacting with humans in real life.

It's just a glorified ATM. There are no tellers. There's 2 ATM's on a wall and a couple desks in an open room. I'm assuming those are the bankers? I wouldn't be comfortable discussing financial information in such an open format. Need change? Too bad. Need to turn in rolls of coins? No can do. There's no drive through. It's flu season but I guess they just want you to come on in to this 12x12 room to make your deposit. I stuck with First Bank when they sold all the banks in my area a few years ago. I’ve used First Bank my entire life, but I’m switching after this location changed. I’m only 24 and even I don’t want to use video chat to speak to a teller. I go to a physical location for a reason - to talk face to face with my banker. I miss my normal tellers. I miss the drive-thru ATM. I miss being able to change out rolls of change. The other day I used the ATM inside, and saw an elderly person come inside, look at the ATM for a few moments, and walk back out because it was too complicated.
