I called them today so I could make a transfer from my savings account to my checkings. And the lady hung up in my face TWICE when I explained what I wanted to do. The 3rd time I called a man answered and did the transfer for me within a few seconds. This isn't the first time I've had a issue with them. There's a couple of unprofessional and inexperienced people who works there.
