I went in as a non customer and was treated very kindly by the nice young man at the counter. Usually, non customers are not treated well at banks but this was the exception. Maybe I’ll switch my account 🤷♀️
I've had an account with this bank for several years and I needed to switch some accounts around recently so I paid them a visit. I had a positive experience and every single person in there spoke to me. The ladies at the counter tried to entertain my restless child while I did my banking.
