The ladies at the Kiehl branch are the best. They’re friendly, knowledgeable, outgoing, and are genuinely happy to see you when you walk through the door.
Soooooo slowwwwwww every time, even if there's not another customer. 5-10 minutes to make small withdrawals. The atms are often not working. If you need reliable business banking, well its not here
I'd not been in a physical banking facility since 2012 and had done all of my banking online. The team that operates this branch is simply outstanding. I could easily use Qub or the drive-up window, but the friendliness and customer service provided by the staff in the building make going inside an enjoyable experience. Rahja provides exceptional customer service, and the entire team makes everyone feel welcomed.
