I have used FAB&T since 2018, I have absolutely no complaints. The people that work at any branch I have been to are always very helpful and professional,same thing any time I have called them. FAB&T advertisement of 2.05% on a Prime Checking Account on balances $0.00-$30,000 is obviously a fraud and false advertisement. I maintained a balance of $5,400.12 for a month and attempted to resolve this issue with a Banking Manager and she has dodged my calls going on two weeks now. She told me that I only earn 0.01%, although I clearly met the criteria to earn the advertised 2.05% interest.
