The Hemlock branch of this credit union has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any credit union throughout the United States. I recently moved from Michigan to California, and I decided to keep this credit union because of how easy it was. My debit card recently expired, and they still had my old address on file. They had to send me a new one since it was never updated in their system.
