When I first went in and applied for the loan and presented all of my documents, everything was great. I was approved for a couple different options. I was given EVERY detail of my loan and options as well as payback fee's. I came back a week later and it was a different employee there and when I wanted to confirm the same options, she had NO clue and was very "stand off ish". I asked very simple questions, just to double check about the pay back percentage and dollar amount and she simply could not give me a simple answer. ... read more
Not a fan of this location the woman who manages the store was very rude. Everytime I go to pay back the store has a sign on the door that she will be back at 5:30. They are only open until 6pm.
