Dealt with them for a year and half, and never once made a late payment. I was always a very good customer. Went to pay off my account, even went in thinking I was going to miss talking with the workers. However, as soon as I asked for an itemized statement of my account, "Tammy" turned very rude and disrespectful. She was being very UNPROFESSIONAL!
