Something fishy. If a buyer is using them be careful. This company needs to be investigated. A mortgage denial letter was sent to my seller on the day of closing and the reason given was vague. Be careful!!
Submitted a claim on August 30th and nothing. I called their customer service and was put on hold for nearly an hour then disconnected. Very poor customer service.
