VERY RUDE BANK TELLER, I was asking a few questions, She said I was asking too many questions, told me to "shut up" and hung up in my face!!!!!!! never in my life have I had a bank treat me in such a manner.....unprofessional employee on the other line
The incompetence of this branch makes me sick, I love having an account at First American, BUT I CANNOT stand this branch, Rude empoyees on the phone. And they are good about not saying their name when you first call, because they will say whatever on the phone when the convo goes south
