Don and other team members at this location always make you feel welcome and strive to assist you to the very best of their ability. I've been a customer at this location for over 10 years and don't see myself moving to a different bank any time soon!
Don worked very patiently with us through the process, but we did feel that the appraisal of our home was a bit less thorough than it could have been (not our loan agent's fault at all) resulting in a less than accurate appraisal value. Overall, the rate was reasonable and the process was relatively painless. If they offered a more thorough appraisal process, this would have been a five star experience.
We've been with first American for over 25yrs. We love the personal care they give us.
