Maria Tindale is an absolute asset to this institution, she has gone above and beyond to help me over the last year and a half. Maria Tindale is very personable, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable and secure with handling my business needs. Whenever I go into the branch I am always greeted right away. They use my name when I am transacting business and are always willing to do whatever I need.
I had a disappointing experience at this branch. I went in to withdraw and transfer funds from my own account, and although I presented a valid temporary driver’s license, they refused to accept it as ID. They also incorrectly claimed that the ID they had on file for me was expired, which I’ve confirmed is not true. I felt uncomfortable and judged throughout the interaction, especially after I raised my concerns and mentioned that I felt I was being treated differently because I’m Mexican.
