6/2025 1* First and last time I will enter this bank. And it turned me off to First American as a whole. I do not bank here but went in to exchange a $20 bill. It was torn almost in half. So I wanted to exchange it for a good bill. All banks turn in worn bills to the Fed and they get a new bill for circulation. Not a big deal. ALL banks do this.
