I've been banking with First American for a long time. Never had an issue, do most of my banking on-line. Reason being the locations are far from my home. Maybe in the future more locations will become available closer to my home. Thank you.
After driving over an hour each way 3/13/26 they would not let me cash out my CD that matured on the 3/8/26 and has a 10 day window to withdraw. Why because my drivers license apparently expired 3/12/26 the day before!
