Had an excellent experience with First American Bank. Friendly helpful service. Easy to upload documents to the portal. Clear and frequent communication. Received my HELOC in 2 weeks! Perfect.
Worst bank ever. To do my one and only HSA transaction required 5 phone calls. Complete incompetents.
I visited this location several times a few years back and never had too many problems. I have experienced little to no problems at all with the First American Bank Family/Their Locations. The only issues I had were with the location on 643 N Fairbanks near the WaterTower/Gold Coasts or Street Ville area. So every chance I get to make a visit it is with other locations and not with the one on Fairbanks so much.
Mr. Mark Knight. Is very knowledgeable and helpful. He always answer my calls and care of my accounts.
