I am from El Paso Texas. I’ve had this bank account since I was in high school graduating and senior year 2000 and I still have this bank. I’ve never closed it and I live in Hobbs New Mexico and yes, there is one there and thank God I never ever knew that they had one in downtown because it used to be on hakinls next to McDonald’s and IHOP wow I’m gonna have to check it out downtown of El Paso

I love this bank. In particular, the downtown location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Ruth, Angelica and Haydee are always willing to go the extra mile for me and help in anyway that they can. Their willingness to help me and assist me in handling my accounts has made me develop an affinity and appreciation for the bank.
