Ok so I've had my bank account t here for over 7 years at least. I've never had any problems and the staff is always friendly. The thing I absolutely LOVE about this bank and although some other banks may do this too, when we have our pup with us upon completion of our transaction at the drive through they ALWAYS send a BIG MILKBONE for our pup. THAT IS AWESOME don't ever change. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!
Last week I made a cashier's from First Financial, my banking institution. I took all of my account records with me to First American bank as we are in the process of buying a home and my partner banks with First American. The bank manager explained there would be a hold placed on the check, which I assumed was the process for depositing a large check, and we left. She did not mention any issues.
