This bank is the WORST!!! More than one person working but no one has the “authority to help me” these ladies are horrible with customer service!!! I have never been in a bank where no one can help you!!! I have been standing in here listening to everyone talking for 20 minutes!!!
Went into open a checking account after a referral from a friend, who has been a long-time customer. The employee stood chatting with a person about kids and other subjects as I stood waiting to be helped for a few minutes just inches away from me. When I told her that I wanted to open a checking account with a local paycheck I had, she told me that they would have to hold it for 9 days. She then wanted to look at it and I said why?
