2nd update:8/16 why is this small error taking over 30 days to resolve??? UPDATE: I EMAILED THE BANK PER YOUR RESPONSE BELOW LETS SEE THIS HANDLED! Was double charged at a restaurant with my master/debit card and they told me they will NOT assist me with this dispute. To contact the restaurant and try to solve it, which we did before unsuccessfully! Like wth? It's an unauthorized charge without my signature!! Terri at the GreenBay rd location in Kenosha was so very helpful and kind. She went out of her way to help me. It was an excellent first impression.
First American Bank employees are all top-notch. Every branch I visit; the staff is always friendly, professional & knowledgeable, from the Wealth Management team to the bank tellers, I have always been treated like royalty. The client service is beyond exceptional! I have never been disappointed. So much so, I closed all my bank accounts with other financial institutions and moved them to First American Bank! Highly recommend FAB!!
