We have banked here for many years and everyone has always been super nice and efficient. It is refreshing to have someone recognize and greet me when I walk in.
We are two years into the pandemic, why is your lobby closed? Quit being lazy.
The staff at this bank location has been friendly on the phone and in person when conducting regular banking business. However, they have not been helpful when dealing with and resolving problems. They don't seem to know what they are doing or what the bank can and cannot do. It seems that in this day and age, there are many transactions that require wiring funds from other banks and investment firms.
