Called in today to check my balance and I just gave my first and last name over the phone. They had no security questions for me at all and allowed me to ask questions regarding my account. I have to be honest this was very unsettling to me that just anyone could call in and move things around with my money Just because they didn’t ask. I’ve never had a bank not ask me those questions and it makes me consider moving.
