Super friendly staff in not just this location but the other 3 locations I have been to. They also caught someone who had gotten my card number somehow right when it happened. Great place to bank!
I have honestly never had more problems with any other business than I have with this bank, and I work at a pawn shop. The only thing this bank has going for it is the friendly service. That however does not make up for the level of incompetence. I have called in to have money transferred through various accounts and it seems like 7 or 8 times that they have just forget to do it. It is impossible to call in and have anything done; if you want to be sure, you have to go into the bank without leaving until you have a receipt. ... read more
