If you put money in a bank for it to be secure this not the bank for you. Their customer service is atrocious, sent multiple emails asking them to close an account, they didn't and the account was over drafted with tons of fees tacked on and then they proceeded stole the money out of another account to cover the over draft.
Sydney is a Rockstar and the best person I have ever dealt with my finances. Thank you and keep up the awesome work.
