This is a terrible company. I purchased their fire safe. I put my treasured documents inside, like birth certificate and original social security card. A number of weeks later, when I opened the safe, they were moldy, mildew, and even the staples were corroded. I wrote to First Alert but they say they are not responsible.
Great company to work for
This company was very easy to deal with to return my expired smoke alarms. Since my locality does not take smoke alarms with the radioactive element, this was the next best option. I work with a company that keeps smoke alarms updated, and only had to pay a small fee to return them. Keep up the great work!
