Great company to work for
This company was very easy to deal with to return my expired smoke alarms. Since my locality does not take smoke alarms with the radioactive element, this was the next best option. I work with a company that keeps smoke alarms updated, and only had to pay a small fee to return them. Keep up the great work!

I had a smoke detector failed after 18 months (it had a 10 year lithium battery). I called customer service and they immediately answered the phone (WOW - in these times you expect a 20-30 minute hold, kudos to that department - NO COVID EXCUSES HERE). The customer service person was very nice and helpful. After taking the necessary information (contact info, model # and manufacturing date) she proceeded to send me a NC replacement. After zero help with questions from KIDDE I tried First Alert. I was very happy to find that First Alert responded quickly to every question. First Alert's customer reps were outstanding. I now own a First Alert CO2 detector.
