They should rename this company "False Alert". Their products are terrible, non-functional at-best and dangerous at worst.
This is a terrible company. I purchased their fire safe. I put my treasured documents inside, like birth certificate and original social security card. A number of weeks later, when I opened the safe, they were moldy, mildew, and even the staples were corroded. I wrote to First Alert but they say they are not responsible.
