They had a driver yelling and threatening people in the parking lot of my dialysis appointment, before he dropped off a frightened looking patient, green vest looked like he was going to hit someone
I highly recommend this service. They actually care about the people they are transporting. They go above and beyond to make sure the patients are comfortable. I’ve worked with a lot of transportation services and I’ve never experienced such nice people. A lot of people disregard the elderly and they definitely do not! They are patient and understanding and deserve more than 5 stars. They are most definitely the best in the bay. Do not hesitate to book them you will not be disappointed!
