Unfortunately I’ve had a terrible experience doing the 2.5 day course. The program was disjointed, there was little to no clarity in regard to the assessment process. I felt the presentations jumped all over the shop. I left late morning day 2. I’ve worked in Vocational training for 25+ years, whilst the instructor may have excellent subject matter (First Aid) skills, I don’t feel this is the case in a teaching environment, or there were too many students or another reason to not stick to the correct program structure. We have had our staff trained in First Aid with Adam, Fiona & the team at First Aid Training Group recently, and the skills they obtained through the session were invaluable. They had nothing but positive comments about the trainers and the process as a whole.
