Horrible company, in my authorization form clearly stated the amount, yet they are taking double , @firstach respond was, “we can help you, talk to the merchant, so they don’t even care to know if is the merchant or them that are breaking the agreement.
Best company ever in financial technologies. We own an apartment building and have been collecting rents via ACH debit before. Needed a financial processor to do this again and FirstACH got us approved and up and running in less than 24 hours. Every question I submit to support is answered in less than 2 minutes, it does not get any better!!! Really super happy!
Absolutely zero people will ever answer the phone after 2-3 months now it truly is a horrible company. I dont understand why i have to continually call all the time with no live person and no call backs.
