The bank itself is okay but the professionalism has gone down. The first lady I saw had a face full of earrings. This is not what I want to see in what is supposed to be a professional business like a bank. Those clear holders have been around for decades or she could simply take them out for her job. I've had facial piercings I took out. This is the first impression people will see & it makes it seem the bank doesn't actually care. Terrible service, lies and constant issues with this bank. Do not use them period unless you want a headache every single week.
I love it friendly people and friendly staff the only problem I have is getting a car loan my spouse goes everyday for radiation and and soon he will be starting Chemotherapy and we need a vehicle you know hard is to pay for a Uber ride to the hospital and back home I sure can used some help the money is always in my bank account and the payment can be taken out every month
Friendly knowledgeable staff. Better than a bank.
