One of my businesses ran out of stock last minute, they were helpful in woking with me to sort it ASAP and very great at communication and organisation, I really recommend, it was such a positive experience! whoever the lady is that answered the phone is really professional and great energy. Thanks again!

I purchased a Gas Lift Saddle Stool with Back Rest this month and it is FANTASTIC! Great Quality. Great Service [including carrying the box out to my car]. Without doubt Fit for Purpose. It allows me to sit at my desk for hours without suffering the bad sciatic pain issues I have been experiencing for a number of months. I highly recommend this product and this company.

Shane and the team in Melbourne have always been prompt in replying to emails and always provide quality products. I've had my bolster and my table for many many years and they've survived and are still thriving. Keep up the wonderful job you all do for us.

Excellent service. Shane spent ages with me making sure I purchased the electric table that was right for me. The price was great. Received updates during Melbourne COVID lockdown as to the progress of my purchase. Table delivered a couple of days ago. Young delivery guy didn't complain once that it took us about 15 minutes to get it around a tight corner. Really happy with the pre and post service from Firm n Fold. Would recommend them to anyone who wants to purchase a massage table and all its accessories.
