We really liked Dave L***** (Vice President) Dave was excellent to work with, Dave was 5 star for sure! So sad that Firmco lost Dave. He was very understanding, caring and very helpful. We got behind on leases we had, because our businesses were slow. The fee's that Firmco charge if you are late are astronomical (over $10,000). Before Dave L***** past a way, we had talked to Dave and Dave agreed to waive half the late fees for us on our three leases.
