Best signing service. period. working in the title industry, I have to schedule mobile notary appointments almost on a daily basis. they also do everything possible to make sure the signing is completed correctly ( and makes sure the notaries do their part as well) I cannot say enough good things about Claudia, Andrew & Jim! You guys really make my job so much easier!
Minus Five Stars! Awful, terrible company. I am an NSA who completed an assignment for them. They actually Changed the Fee on the invoice they agreed on after I did the job correctly because they simply didn't want to pay my fees. Totally unethical. They should not be in business.
I called the customer service number and politely asked a question, Andrew who clearly woke up on the wrong side of the universe very rudely answered my call. He was not helpful nor friendly and proceeded to hang up in my face. When I called back to complain I spoke to Jim who could have been a different person but sounded just like Andrew. If you don’t like talking to people maybe get a job that doesn’t involve it.
