I called them because the buttons that control how hot I want it have become worn out. The lady said that the motherboard would have to be replaced. When the technician came here I took a look at my pellet stove and noticed that the panel with the buttons were not replaced and he said what I need is a daughter board and that they have replaced the wrong item.
