Terrible customer service. I had an issue with a FireWire mashup just delivered board . One of the fin box set screws was basically almost locked into the box. After very slowly backing it out in order to get a fin into the box I noticed the screw was stripping out with a new future key I I was not able to screw the set screw tight before It was totally stripped .
