The shoe department is this particular Dillard is terrible. Their customer service is so mean. They care about nothing but their commission. Customer satisfaction is NEVER their business. I tried once to return a pair of shoes and they insisted it was worn because their were 1m" small paper sticked on the bottom (that I took off in front of them). WARNING!! CUSTOMERS BEWARE! DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! I HAD LONG HAIR AND IT WAS CUT UNEVEN. I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER AND GOT ANOTHER APPOINTMENT TO "FIX" THE ISSUE. MY HAIR CUT WAS CUT EVEN, HOWEVER, IT WAS NOT GREAT. I AM GOING TO MY "REGULAR" HAIR STYLYIST TO FIX MY HAIR THE WAY I WANT. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR RISK YOUR HAIR!
