This is a wonderful Credit Union. They are professionally ran but from the teller to the back office make members feel like the Firestone Federal Credit Union (FFCU) is a small home town bank - knows you by name. Every year the FFCU seems to make improvements but still keeps that home town bank feel. I've been a member since, as a still in high school gal, I first started working a two road paper route 40+ years ago.
