I returned to Fireside Tax 2 more times, and Tim finished both my 2022 Amended and 2023 extended tax returns. I'm happy that this if finally finished. Fireside Tax made it right.
I went to Brandon this afternoon. He was very thorough, checked through his work a couple of times, and asked his extremely knowledgeable associate questions when he had them. He was extremely accommodating, and very kind. I traveled 45 minutes each way, but it was absolutely worth it! It was extremely affordable. Brandon cleared his schedule for me!

Terrible experience with Brandon. I left my tax info with him to do a 2022 amended return and 2023 (filed extension). He had a month to work on it. When I arrived for my appointment, I waited over 20 minutes. The taxes were not done, and what had been done was incorrect. I had sent emails with additional info after our first meeting. He never read them. This 24-year-old is irresponsible and unfit for his job.

While we are limited due to confidentiality, I can say this. We often do not work on things prior to an appointment and do the work during the appointment so that we can get accurate information to complete the work. The client showed up for a 3:00 appointment stating she had another appointment at 3:45. Our day often involves appointments running over. The return is done as requested. I am sorry ******* was not satisfied but Brandon has done over 400 returns a year for four years and has performed well by any standard.
