We are extremely disappointed with the customer service. We've had our fireplace installed for over two months, and we still don't have the remote to operate it. We've called and emailed Morgan multiple times with no response whatsoever. At this point, it's incredibly frustrating that we have to chase someone down just to receive a basic component that should have been provided from the beginning. I called several fireplace maintenance services and found appointments were out 30+ days. I called Fireside got an appointment within a 2 week time span. The day of the appointment the service tech called 1st thing to tell me he was booked in S.C. most of the day but he could get to me later in the day. He stayed in communication thru out the day. He was finally able to get to my house by 7pm that night. He addressed my concerns with the 1 yr old fireplace, cleaned out some dust and made sure it was safe. I applaud his dedic... read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a fireplace on the recommendation from Kelli. Kelli oversold the product needed. I ended up overpaying. I am barely able to use the fireplace because it overheats the space in such a short period of time. Shame on me for not doing enough research on the product but shame on her for poor customer care.

They post that they’re open, with regular business hours and then When you get there the door says “By Appointment Only”. Thanks for wasting my time and gas.
