Our family has been using Fireside Business Solutions for our tax prep for about 5 years now. We have found that Michael is an honest approachable tax preparer who looks out for his clients. It is true that he may not be the fastest tax solution but if you order it before you merely hand him envelopes of ‘stuff’ for him to sort through, he turns your work around in a reasonable amount of time for a fair price.
This is my husband's tax business. During the 2018 tax season Michael's Father fell terminally ill and passed away. He also had to let go of a less than credible employee. His only employee. As he was faced with all of this adversity, he let clients know that if they could not wait, they could come in any time and pick up their file. We persevered and happy to say, with the combined offices of Blue Ash and Blanchester, in a better and more accessible location in Montgomery. 8170 Corporate Park Drive.
One star for answering the phone. Dropped off tax information and was told it would be about a week. Five weeks later this guy had not gotten to that pile yet. If you are considering using this guy, BEWARE!
