Honestly Im surprised how they have so many good reviews. Terrible customer service, incompetent inspector, awful communication ... If you wanna safe your money keep far away from them
Great experience having them come out and inspect our wood and two gas fireplaces. Service tech was kind enough to educate me as it is our first time having a home with both gas and wood burning fireplaces.
This company is as incompetent as it can get. If you value your time and money look for the fireplace services elsewhere.
If you are looking for a fireplace I highly recommend Fireplaces by Weiss-Johnson. From Sam in sales answering all of my questions and helping us choose the right setup for our home and even answering all my questions preparing for installation date, to the 2 highly skilled and professional installers who did the installation. We purchased a new fireplace and insert from Steve Tavares at Weiss-Johnson. The removal of the old fireplace and install of the new one was done by 2 young gents who did a quick and efficient job. It was up and running in about 6 hours even with a few problems as our fireplace was 25 years old.
