If you are looking for a fireplace I highly recommend Fireplaces by Weiss-Johnson. From Sam in sales answering all of my questions and helping us choose the right setup for our home and even answering all my questions preparing for installation date, to the 2 highly skilled and professional installers who did the installation. We purchased a new fireplace and insert from Steve Tavares at Weiss-Johnson. The removal of the old fireplace and install of the new one was done by 2 young gents who did a quick and efficient job. It was up and running in about 6 hours even with a few problems as our fireplace was 25 years old.
I normally don’t leave reviews, but the service from Weiss-Johnson Fireplaces was exceptional. Richard arrived right on time and got my fireplace working again. He stayed the entire hour, thoroughly cleaned it, even painted it, and took the time to explain some of the more technical parts of my fireplace to me. This level of care and professionalism really stood out, especially after a different company no showed twice and never returned my calls. I’m very happy I chose them.
Excellent experience shopping here for our fireplace flex gas line and high temp silicone for our Vermont Casting Radiance fireplace. Very knowledgable, friendly, helpful with advice. Thank you very much.
