Had a problem with an electric fireplace that my builder had installed from Fireplace by Weiss-Johnson. Weiss-Johnson was excellent in handling the warranty claim. They were so good to deal with that I had their mechanical team install my air conditioner. Great company to deal with.

Good knowledgeable advise and helpful in our path forward.
Installed a Pacific Energy stove after having multiple Blaze Kings. Sold on it by rep saying, "It's better than a Blaze King". Do not recommend. Doesn't shut down for slow burn. Weiss - Johnson has done absolutely nothing to remediate. Does not return emails or phone calls. Zero customer service. Edit- 8 months later, they installed a stove pipe damper. Stopped the runaway fire and burn times increased. Should have been caught on the initial design, but it's fixed now
