Installed a Pacific Energy stove after having multiple Blaze Kings. Sold on it by rep saying, "It's better than a Blaze King". Do not recommend. Doesn't shut down for slow burn. Weiss - Johnson has done absolutely nothing to remediate. Does not return emails or phone calls. Zero customer service. Edit- 8 months later, they installed a stove pipe damper. Stopped the runaway fire and burn times increased. Should have been caught on the initial design, but it's fixed now
We are so impressed with our valor H3 and the installation done by Weiss-Johnson. There were many unforeseen difficulties that needed creative wisdom and experience to complete the job. The 4 men involved never gave up trouble shooting in order to get a perfect result. We would 100% recommend Weiss-Johnson for a fireplace installation due to their professionalism, expertise and depth of experience.
New gas fireplace insert installed by Weiss Johnson. Works great. Installers were quick and professional. Great cleanup afterwards .
Richard was awesome service guy , very knowledgeable, took time to explain our fireplace workings , best service I’ve ever had !!!! Weiss Johnson is 5 stars and I will be using them for any future fireplace repairs or replacement….
I am glad others have had a positive experience, but unfortunately that was not the case for us. Like many others here, we worked with Steve to get a new gas insert in an old chimney. He was great at first, but things changed during our second meeting. His interaction style became flippant, and we were unsure if he even cared for our business. We decided to go with Weiss-Johnson for our gas insert because they offered a comprehensive installation where we did not have to coordinate with a separate gasfitter. I wish we would ... read more
