I highly recommend Fireplace Specialist. Their customer service is exceptional, very responsive and customer focused. They focus on finding solutions that work for the customer. They literally saved me thousands of dollars after a so-called reputable company from Ottawa told me they would not fix my stove and proceeded to quote me more than $9,000 for a new one.
