I highly recommend Fireplace Specialist. Their customer service is exceptional, very responsive and customer focused. They focus on finding solutions that work for the customer. They literally saved me thousands of dollars after a so-called reputable company from Ottawa told me they would not fix my stove and proceeded to quote me more than $9,000 for a new one. First Rate. 5 Stars. We had several other quotes and Dwight and Dennis found a solution to our insert at a fraction of the cost of other quotes. We were compromising with a pellet stove when they went above and beyond to find a wood burning insert which we always wanted from the beginning. Lovely gents and a joy to do business with.
