We bought our fireplace from here. Its great. However, It has now been 3 years and the logs have started to disintegrate. We picked the new logs we were interested in from their website. No prices are listed. They have a button that says "request a quote" . I filled out the info. It has been days and we have not heard back. When I call there are never any sales associates available. I am trying to give them my money. You would think they would respond.

Jim was great to work with, always available to answer any questions, knew the best product to recommend. Service set the fireplace up to run without any call back issues.

My fireplace just turned on. fireside came out, did a thorough check of my unit, and told me of the possibilities to remediate the problem. They responded quickly And made me feel confident of the resolution of the problem.
