I purchased a wood burner from Fireplace Products a few years ago, which was also installed by yourselves. Shortly after the installation, I noticed issues with my roof, including a leak and found out 8 roof tiles had been broken on install. It has now come to my attention that the wood burner was not supplied with the correct parts. Specifically, there is no air vent tube supplied or fitted, and the flue has no access for sweeping as it cannot be accessed through the burner. As usual company's are happy to sell you a product. But unfortunately any form of professional after service is poor at best.
Brilliant service, really happy with our new fireplace. Not pushy either got some great advice and products and no hassle even though we were fitting it ourselves. Recommended.
