We purchased our Bullfrog hottub from fireplace outfitters. They were extremely thorough on the installation of our hot tub. Shortly after installation, we started to have an issue that the team recognized eventually was an electrical issue with the house, not the hot tub. The team was so diligent and worked directly with our electrician to resolve the issue. The level of service and diligence we received was exactly why we chose to work with fireplace outfitters.
